Suggestion: allow access to POS facilities based on standings. Keywords: industry, economy Notes: If I own a POS I should be free to capitalise on my POS investment by leasing out activity lines to anyone with the right standings and/or ISK. Something as simple as "red/neutral/blue" like is currently in use for POCOs would be fine. Then anyone searching for research lines can see that there are available lines at my station, and using my line will be no more difficult than using NPC lines.
